I’m thrilled to be part of the cast of Star Trek: Renegades, a professionally produced television pilot.
Automatik Eden has written and recorded an original song for the pilot, along with the music video directed by Tim Russ (Star Trek: Voyager)!
The song based on the poem “Invictus” by William Ernest Henley, which plays a prominent part in Renegades.
In the video, you will get a first look at some of the amazing VFX created by our very talented team, as well as some never-before-seen footage from both the film and our flashback shoot!
Renegades will be a departure from previous Treks – delving into the dark side of the human psyche, pushing our heroes to their limits, forcing them to carry out actions that they never would have as Starfleet officers. The rules have changed, and they realize they might be the last hope to save the Federation. Star Trek: Renegades will be action oriented, filled with suspense and espionage; all while exploring new worlds, encountering both familiar and new alien species, and boldly going where no Trek has gone before!
I play the mother of the young female captain Lexxa Singh, seen in her childhood memories. The adult Lexxa is played by Adrienne Wilkinson (Xena, Warrior Princess).
